Morning Announcements

All student council forms are due this Friday, September 29th. If you still would like to fill one of the open positions, stop by the library and pick up a form.

Friday is the last day to purchase a 2023 yearbook. They are $50. Please see Mrs. Ringwald if interested.

If you are currently in a Spanish class or a senior who has taken Spanish before, you may join Spanish Club! Please sign up in Mrs. Doner's room, and the dues are two dollars. 

This is the last week to turn in Lincolnview Service Club applications.  You have until Friday to submit your application.

Students who have met with Mrs. Leeth with Success Plans, please return forms this week.

Juniors need to vote for class officers by the end of the day today.

Those wanting to take Drivers Education at Elida High School in October, you can pick up a form in the HS office.   The class starts Monday, Oct. 9th at 6:00pm at Elida High School. To be in class you must be 16 on or before May 9, 2024.

Today at Lancer Time, all students taking the PSAT will meet in the Lecture Hall for a brief meeting.

Tomorrow is the last day to bring in items for the United Way food drive. It is everyone versus Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Schnipke

The JH cross country teams competed at the Bath Invite on Tuesday. The JH Boys placed 2nd as a team.  The boys managed to earn 5 personal records at the race:  Elijah Owens, Hunter Osborne, Emryn Hatfield, and Carter Norton, and Tucker Garver each ran their fastest time of the season. The JH Girls team finished 5th out of 12 schools.  Elaina Johns ran her fastest time of the year. The JH teams will race again on Saturday at Kalida.

Purdue Fort Wayne will be here today at Lancer Time.

The Juniors and Seniors will be attending a field trip on Wednesday to the Pac. They will be leaving at 8:30 and returning at LT.

There are extra 2023 Yearbooks for sale if you did not purchase one last year. They are $50. Please see Mrs. Ringwald if interested. 

Student Council has one opening for a senior, junior and sophomore to join, as well as, two freshman openings. If you are interested, please stop down and pick up a form from Mrs. Stetler.

If you are currently in a Spanish class or a senior who has taken Spanish before, you may join Spanish Club! Please sign up in Mrs. Doner's room, and the dues are two dollars. 

Are you interested in attending a United States Service Academy?  If so, you should plan to attend an information session on October 5th at Owens Community College, Findlay, OH.  All interested high school students and their parents are invited to attend.  Congressman Robert Latta will provide information on how to be nominated to be able to attend one of the prestigious academies.  Underclassmen should attend so that you understand the process prior to your senior year.

Any JH or HS student interested in bowling, there is a sign-up sheet in the HS office.

Breakfast Announcement  Good Morning

BREAKFAST IS A VERY IMPORTANT START TO OUR STUDENTS DAY, SO STARTING AUGUST 16TH, WE ARE CONTINUING UNIVERSAL FREE BREAKFAST FOR ALL STUDENTS THROUGH THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR!

WE ENCOURAGE ALL STUDENTS TO JOIN US FOR BREAKFAST IN THE CAFETERIA STARTING AT 7:45 – 8:15 A.M.  ON SCHOOL DAYS.  THIS IS FOR THE SCHOOL BREAKFAST ONLY.  THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR ANY EXTRA’S YOUR CHILD MAY WANT TO PURCHASE.
